​Do you ship alcohol to my state? Perspection Spirits ships to most states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is permitted by law. At checkout, your state will be verified. If we're unable to ship to your location, you'll be notified before completing your order.

 

How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order leaves our facility.

 

Why do I need to sign for my package? Federal and state law requires an adult signature (21+) upon delivery of alcoholic beverages. Someone 21 or older with a valid ID must be present to receive the package. Carriers will not leave alcohol deliveries unattended.

 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box? No — alcohol cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business street address at checkout.

 

How much does shipping cost? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does the monthly subscription work? When you subscribe to any Perspection spirit, you'll receive a bottle automatically each month at a discounted rate — 15% off for gin and vodka subscriptions. Your card is charged on the same date each month and your bottle ships shortly after.

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to My Subscriptions in your account to manage or cancel. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I order apparel or a tasting glass with my subscription? Subscriptions ship and bill on their own schedule. If you'd like to add apparel or a tasting glass to your order, please purchase those separately to avoid them being added to your monthly subscription.

 

What if I want to skip a month? Log in to your account and visit My Subscriptions to pause or skip an upcoming shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return alcohol? Due to federal and state regulations, all alcohol sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages once shipped.

 

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@perspectionspirits.com with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

Why do I need to verify my age? Federal and state law requires us to verify that all customers purchasing alcohol are 21 or older. Age verification is required at the time of purchase and upon delivery.
