Due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages once they have been shipped or delivered. All sales of alcohol are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at sales@perspectionspirits.com
To process your claim, we may require:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and

A copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Shipping Issues

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
